Role Overview

As a WordPress / Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for transforming Figma designs into high-performance, visually compelling websites while ensuring best practices in accessibility, SEO, and responsive design. This role requires expertise in WordPress and Webflow, along with strong front-end development skills to create seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with designers and developers to implement custom themes, optimize site performance, and enhance functionality. Experience with React or other front end libraries is a plus, enabling the creation of dynamic and interactive web elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress and Webflow websites.
• Ensure sites meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and follow SEO best practices.
• Optimize website speed and performance.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and Webflow sites.
• Work with APIs and integrate third-party tools when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Build interactive UI components using React or other frontend frameworks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in WordPress and Webflow development.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
• Experience working with TailwindCSS.
• Strong understanding of mobile responsiveness.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into functional websites.
• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience with performance optimization (minimizing load times, caching, etc.).
• Familiarity with custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience with React or other frontend libraries is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GSAP, animations, or micro-interactions.
• Experience with Headless WordPress (e.g., WP REST API).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
